Eduardo Canúz Castro is a Research Coordinator of the Household Air Pollution Intervention Network (HAPIN) Trial in Peru. He oversees different components of the project including environmental, behavior, anthropometry, pneumonia, and data management. He studied Agronomist Engineering at the Rafael Landivar University in Guatemala. Eduardo experience in indoor and outdoor air pollution monitoring, monitoring the use and acceptance of improved cookstoves, kitchen performance testing of improved cookstoves in the field (KPT), and coordination of projects in the field. To date Mr. Canuz has completed field work in Guatemala, Honduras and Peru.
